As we get ready to move to semesters, I thought it would be helpful to show you what you can expect from a curriculum standpoint. During the first year of the MBA program, you will focus on gaining expertise in your core business courses. Beginning in spring semester, you can enroll in a couple of elective courses to whet your appetite in a new subject matter or expand upon material that was introduced in your core coursework. Next week I will profile year 2 and give you an idea of the courses offered for a specialization in Finance. Stay tuned!
As you probably have heard by now, The Ohio State University is adopting a semester schedule starting this summer 2012. The first group of Fisher MBA students studying exclusively on semesters will begin classes on August 22, 2012. Under the new semester schedule, students may begin the WP MBA program two times per year - fall semester (August) or spring semester (January). If you are thinking about applying to the Working Professional program, you still can apply to begin during our final quarter, spring 2012.
